Privacy Policy

Knowable Labs, Inc. ("Knowable Labs", "we") builds AI forecasting and trading infrastructure for prediction and capital markets. This policy covers our website (knowablelabs.ai and getknowable.ai) and the invite-only Knowable product. We are based in California, United States, and our service is intended for users in the United States. It explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Contact requests. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in your message.
• Account details. If we invite you to the Knowable product, we hold your email address, your sign-in credentials (passwords are stored hashed), and the settings you choose, including any email notification preferences.
• Product usage. When you are signed in, we record how you use the product, such as the items you open, so we can operate and improve it.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, the address of the page requested, timestamps). We also store the IP address and user-agent with each contact form submission, to limit spam and abuse, and the IP address with the page-view count described under "Cookies and similar technologies".

We do not collect payment information. Browsing our website does not require an account.

2. How we use it

• To reply to you and to discuss working together.
• To provide the product to invited users, including any notification emails you asked for.
• To understand which page designs work best.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and product.

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use trusted service providers that process data only on our behalf, for example to host our website and database and to send and receive our email. The AI models that generate our forecasts process market data, not your personal information. We may disclose data where required by law.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our home page and this privacy page set no cookies and load nothing from third parties. We use only two first-party cookies elsewhere. If you follow a link to an alternate design of our home page, one cookie remembers that design so the page stays consistent between visits, and that design keeps a small flag in your browser's local storage so that your page view is counted only once. If you sign in to the product, a session cookie keeps you signed in. Neither identifies you by name.

We use no third-party analytics or advertising cookies, and no third parties collect information about your activity over time or across websites through our site. The alternate home page designs and the signed-in product load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google and Google receives your IP address when it does. Our emails contain no open-tracking pixels and no click-tracking links. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website works without them.

Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, our site behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal.

5. How long we keep it

• Contact requests. Up to 24 months after our last correspondence with you, unless you become a customer.
• Account details and product usage. For as long as your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete both within 30 days.
• Server logs and page-view counts. Up to 12 months, for security and debugging.
• Unsubscribe records. If you unsubscribe from our emails, we retain a minimal record so we do not email you again.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see "Your choices and rights").

6. Your choices and rights

• Delete your data. Email us and we will delete your contact requests, your account, or both. If you receive notification emails, you can also use "Delete my data" in the preference center linked from any of them.
• Unsubscribe. One click from any notification email we send.
• Cookies. Block or clear them in your browser at any time.

California residents. Under California law you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion or correction, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information. To make a request, email hello@knowablelabs.ai.

7. Where your data is processed

We operate from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you access Knowable from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Knowable is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

10. Changes

We will update this policy as needed and revise the "Last updated" date above.
